DESCRIPTION
This is the best machine for the production of little series of cores: infact it acts in a short time, seen restricted number of movements, an its die mounting system is very pratical.
The working is based on repeating cycle (beninning at the front panel closing); at the end of the last phase (backing) the cores may be collected easily, by means of a push-button or pedal ejection system. The cylinders movements are electro-pneumatic, with final deceleration. The core boxes halves are heated indipendently with their own thermostatically low voltage heating elements (48 V).
The machine may mount the optional (on request ot the Client): vertical and/or horizzontal pins extraction, hopper charging bucket conveyor, system for cores ejection on both the die halves, thermoregulators for pins, heating plates with big dimensions, and others on request.
